Guitarmoves respects the privacy concerns of users of the Guitarmoves websites and shall, individually and collectively, be referred to as the "Site"(s). As a general rule, no personal information is automatically collected from users of the Sites. Personally identifiable data about users of the Site are known to Guitarmoves only when voluntarily submitted by users of the Sites. Guitarmoves reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page. Guitarmoves encourages you to check this page regularly. You agree that the information that we gather will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use.

Information We Collect
Guitarmoves may collect personal information that you voluntarily give to Guitarmoves such as your name, postal address, telephone number, fax number, and email address. For example, Guitarmoves may collect personal information when you purchase merchandise, enter a contest, become a member, complete a survey or otherwise communicate with the Site. Personal information may also include information Guitarmoves gathers about you on the Site such as your purchase history. If you place an order with Guitarmoves or use another feature of the Site that requires payment, Guitarmoves may collect your account or credit card number. How We Use Your Information
Guitarmoves may use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with the information, product or service that you requested, and to customize your experience on the Site. For example, if you make a purchase on the Site, Guitarmoves may use your e-mail address to send you a purchase confirmation notice and your mailing address to send your purchase. Similarly, if you enter an online contest, Guitarmoves will use this information to notify you if you are a winner and award the prize. Your IP address may be used to contact you if you request a response in a message you send to Guitarmoves. Your IP address will not be shared; however please refer to "Other Disclosures".

If you place an order on the Site, Guitarmoves will use your financial information to bill you for products and services or otherwise process your transaction. By making a purchase on the Site, you consent to Guitarmoves providing your financial information to Guitarmoves's service providers to process your transactions. These third parties may include credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction.

Sharing with Artists and Artist Management
Various registration forms may request you provide Guitarmoves with certain personal information (such as your name and email address, possibly your phone number for a time-sensitive contest), demographic information (such as age and gender) and your preferences (such as the kind of music you like). Information submitted at the time of registration may be used for various marketing and promotional purposes by Guitarmoves and may be shared with relevant artist(s) and/or artist management. With your permission, Guitarmoves and the artist (where applicable) or its management may send you information regarding the artist. If you do not want to receive information regarding the artist do not signup for the artist newsletter.

Children
Guitarmoves will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Sale of Assets, Merger, Acquisition, Bankruptcy
Information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale or acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involving Guitarmoves.

Other Disclosures
Guitarmoves may also disclose your information in response to court orders or subpoenas or if we determine it is necessary to so to comply with applicable laws or to protect the interests or safety of Guitarmoves, its artists, its affiliates or other visitors to the Site.

Links
The Site may contain links to other sites including, among others, those of advertisers, and other third parties whose trademarks may appear on the Site. Guitarmoves is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the sites to which Guitarmoves provide links. You should carefully review the privacy policies of any linked sites you access via the Sites.

Community Functions
The Sites may make available to its users chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or other community functions. Remember, any information you disclose in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other information. You should use such community functions at your own risk.

Security
Protecting your information is important to Guitarmoves. The Sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under Guitarmoves's control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while Guitarmoves is committed to protecting your information, Guitarmoves cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Guitarmoves and you share your personal information at your own risk. Guitarmoves may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with Guitarmoves's server and to administer the Sites. Changing Your Information
If you would like to review, update, change or delete information that Guitarmoves has collected from you, please send a letter to our Privacy Compliance Officer, referencing your name and email used when signing up for newsletters, forum membership, etc. (see our address below).
